THE ST. LOUIS AREA METHODS MEETING

The fifth annual St. Louis Area Methods Meeting (SLAMM!) was held on Friday, April 27, 2012 at The Knight Center on the beautiful campus of Washington University in St. Louis.

Our speakers this year were:

  • Jake Bowers, Assistant Professor, The University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign

  • Kosuke Imai, Assistant Professor, Princeton University

  • Jacob Montgomery, Assistant Professor, Washington University in St. Louis

Over 60 people from all over the country attended this year's conference.  Some of the institutions represented were: Duke University, Princeton, University of Rochester, University of Georgia, Ole Miss, Florida State and Arizona State University.

After five years at Washington University, the venue for SLAMM! will broaden by rotating locations geographically.   Future conference dates:
