Congratulations to David Carter, whose paper "Border Barriers and Illicit Trade Flows" has been accepted at International Studies Quarterly. The paper is coauthored with Bailee Donahue and Rob Williams, who is a former post-doctoral scholar at the Weidenbaum Center.
