Congratulations to Ph.D. candidate Miguel Pereira! He won the Marian Irish Award given to the best paper on women and politics presented at the annual meeting of the Southern Political Science Association. The award was given for his paper, "Does Electing Women Reduce Corruption? A Regression Discontinuity Approach."
