Brian Harting

Brian is a member of the Arts & Sciences Academic & Administrative Cluster and currently supports the Events of the Political Science Department.

Before Brian joined PoliSci, he worked in the Department of History assisting the department chair and faculty in helping plan and conduct long-term projects, as well as day-to-day activities. He served as the principal conduit between the department and numerous administrative offices, including facilities, Arts & Sciences computing, and the dean’s office. He supervised all purchases and office arrangements. He also coordinated talks, conferences, and other department events. Brian also maintained the department’s website and provided faculty support for Canvas. Before that, Brian came from the Olin School of Business, where he conducted numerous forms of faculty support.
