Solutions to the ongoing environmental crisis will not come easy. Politicians, industry representatives, and civil society actors will have differing priorities
as they meet at the negotiating table. One increasingly prominent question asks whether these actors can reach a solution that is just for all. Students
taking this course will learn theories of justice and how they affect the debates around environmental policy. We will recognize justice (or lack thereof) in practice as well as design.
